If I would have to describe very briefly what this major upgrade means for HoteloPro, I would say: the app is reborn today. New Dashboard – HoteloPro’s dashboard has been redesigned to be easy on the eyes and allows you to see your rooms’ availability. By hovering over a reservation, you’ll get quick access to essential information regarding that booking.
Streamlined individual or group reservations – Group bookings can be made as easily as individual ones; simply select multiple rooms on the dashboard. You can do this by pressing the left button of your mouse and drag to book as many nights as you like. From the booking’s screen you can change its status (4 states available: New booking, Confirmed, Checked in, Checked out), add more rooms or guests, apply discounts, write down notes, everything on the same screen!
Invoicing so simple that a kid would know how to use it – From a booking’s window, simply switch the tab from Rooms & Guests to Billing & Payments and you’ll be able to quickly generate an invoice with your logo and branding message, lending everything to appear undoubtedly professional.
Setting up your rooms and rates is a breeze – Rates are easily configured and you can make adjustments to rates on the go, by manually applying overrides or discounts right on the booking screen! Special prices for certain days (e.g. weekends) and Season rates give you full control over your room pricing.
Easy to read reports and analytics (coming in November!) – HoteloPro gives you valuable insights into your company’s overall health and performance at anytime: Daily Report, Occupancy Rate, ADR (average daily rate), RevPAR (revenue per available rooms).
Channel Manager (coming in November!) – HoteloPro’s integrated channel management functionality connects your property to a network of partners who are focused on generating bookings and driving revenue for you.
