Booking confirmation emails can be used to pass to your clients essential information about their reservation. They are a simple way to reassure them that they are in the “system” and your clients can always go back to this email to check the details or they can forward it easily to another person. Use this email to give them quick contact details of the person responsible in creating/modifying reservations, in case something needs to be changed. You can also use it to inform them about your cancellation policy, in case you have one in place.

Guest welcoming emails can be used once a client checks in at your unit and there are a great opportunity to inform the guests about your hotel’s facilities, special offers, as well as recommend them points of interest nearby.
